Tortilleria Lizy at 1101 West Grama Street, Van Horn, Texas.

I've eaten at Lizy's many times in the last 4 years, the food is way above par, and is a favorite of locals in Van Horn. It is tucked South of I-10, and not the easiest place to find, but once you do, you'll want to come back. I often take a to go bag because of the size of the portions and everything I have had was delicious. They also make homemade tortillas to go. Be sure to specify if you have a desire, or an aversion to hot and spicy. Authentic is their specialty.
